0845 Local Rate Number Terms and Conditions 

  1. This agreement sets out the terms and conditions that we have agreed in order for you to promote a Local Rate Service.  The term “we or company” mentioned in this agreement refers to us and the term “Client” refers to you the applicant. 
  2. We agree to provide a Local Rate Service (0845 number) at the cost of £10.00  + VAT per month, or £99 + VAT for the year, per number, and that there will be no call charges for calls received on an 0845 number(s).  The yearly fee shall be payable each year.
  3. If the Client chooses to divert his or her number to a mobile then a one-off connection fee of £19.99 + VAT is chargeable on top of the monthly or yearly fee.  Further, the client shall pay the divert costs of 15p per minute for all incoming calls.  Should the Client wish to transfer their 0845 number to a landline at a later stage, then this will done free of charge.  In the event that the Client wishes to transfer back to a mobile again, then a connection charge of £9.99 + VAT shall apply.
  4. All monies due shall be collected from the client via either a Standing Order or a reoccurring credit card payment.
  5. The minimum term for connection is three months when taking out a number.
  6. We agree to provide the service promptly.  We will use our reasonable endeavors usually within 10 working days or sooner, but final connection cannot be made until payment has been received in full.
  7. We cannot be held responsible for any losses or liability however caused should the service(s) be suspended or breakdown etc. Neither can we be held responsible for any loss of earnings however caused whether direct, indirect or consequential. 
  8. In the event of non payment of the monthly or yearly fee or any diversion charges owed, we reserve the right to disconnect the number.
  9. We agree to three changes of a landline target number per year without charge.  Additional changes shall incur a charge of £5 + VAT per change.
  10. We reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice with the new additions and/or deletions made readily available on the Internet site and that these new Terms and Conditions shall override the old. 
  11. The Client can terminate a Service by giving 30 days notice in writing.  This can be by email but a receipt should be asked for.  No refunds will be given.
  12. The agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England
  13. The Client must be 18 years of age, or over, to order an 0845 number.
